Final Fantasy VIII Remastered Arriving Soon
Again at E3 2019 Square Enix makes another stunning announcement regarding the Final Fantasy series. That the Final Fantasy VIII Remastered will be coming later 2019 to the PC (Steam), PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch systems.
This will bring it to modern systems with newly rendered visuals with the same great story. While the jury is still out on whether just a remaster will suffice, it is definatly a nice placeholder until March of 2020 when Final Fantasy VII Remake Comes to the PS4.
The military nation of Galbadia has declared war on the Dukedom of Dollet, who must hire the mercenary force, SeeD. Squall Leonhart, a new member of SeeD, together with his friends and Rinoa Heartilly, a member of a resistance group, get pulled into the war, unaware of their fated task to save the world.
I am looking forward to this, as it was one of the first Final Fantasy games I played, and I fell in love with the Summon System from there. While VIII doesn’t get as much love as VII or IX, it is still a fan favorite.
The game has yet to be rated, for more information visit www.esrb.org for more definitely.
I can’t wait for this game and I plan to share with everyone via a Let’s Play or Stream. So be on the look out so we can enjoy the game together! Did you enjoy this article?
